Enjoy the King size bed in principal bedroom overlooking pool with spacious ensuite bath. This home has two guest bedrooms with one queen and the other with 2 singles.

Very spacious double car garage with two remotes, and room for the 2 kayaks, picnic baskets and 2 bicycles.

The concrete pool is larger than you would find in most homes.

Fabulous beaches within 10 miles of this location. The Yacht Club Beach and Yacht Club Community Park in Cape Coral are minutes away, Fort Meyers Beach (30 minutes) and Sanibel island (30 minutes) (perhaps the most beautiful beach in Florida), lovers Key (about 30 minutes).
Great restaurants
Be sure to visit the Naughty Mermaid Dockside Grill, The Hook and Cook Grille or the Marker 93 Waterfront Bar and Bistro (for amazing grouper sandwiches) both located at amazing Westin Cape Coral Resort.
Classic local venues
Visit Matlacha, which is a funky mixture of restaurants and artsy boutiques located in the causeway from Cape Coral to Sanibel. Classic local venues like Fish, Tail Grill, Blue Dog Bar and Grille and the Olde Fish House Marina and Restaurant are now open.
Six Mile Creek Conservation Trail
Another attraction we love is the to the 2.5 km walks through the Six Mile Creek Conservation Trail in Fort Myers. One of our home buyers recommended this and it really amazing. If you go, bring your camera!
Local fresh markets

“Our stay at La Vida Loca was everything we wanted and even better. The open floor plan is great as the Kitchen and Great Room face the pool and canal with massive sliding doors facing west. The patio and pool face west so we made it a ritual to have evening cocktails looking at the sunset.
We should also mention that the place is beautifully decorated and the king size bed in the master suite is fabulous! Definitely coming back!”
