If you are looking for a new home in the Niagara Region you must consider Blythwood Homes. This is my sixth time working with a builder for a new home and, by far, it has been the best experience.

From our initial meeting until now when our closing is only a few weeks away the entire Blythwood team has been fantastic. The owner Rob Mills is an honest and decent builder – just a great guy to deal with. And his daughter Alexa who oversees the sales and building functions has been a joy throughout. Always available and accommodating, she has made what can be a difficult and trying process super easy and pleasant. Her designer Megan has also been very helpful to us with our choices and changes.

Unlike most builders, the Blythwood team is very flexible and they go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want. No complaints whatsoever.

They build a high quality home at a very reasonable price and don’t nickel and dime you to death with changes and upgrades that you might wish to make.

They are not only our new home builder but, now, also our friends.

We were introduced to Blythwood Homes about 7 years ago when we stumbled upon their Ridgeway By The Lake development while on a day trip to Ridgeway.
